Won’t let me gift data on the my ee app .

wont let me gift data on desktop site .

this always happens and is a ball ache !

Same for me, been trying all afternoon. Frustrating as daughter who is away doesn’t have any data.

Not impressed what good is an apology when daughter is stuck waiting for data, very disappointed in ee and I’ve been a happy customer for years

Can’t gift my data to my wife. This is not good. It’s so frustrating also you guys not even giving the timeframe . It’s just making us pay more on add ons.

After 3 hours of both trying and being on the EE messenger service I now have what I need from them including data gifting
This is a known problem with both the app and the website and EE say they are trying to fix it asap.

How long is this going to go on for? I have been trying to gift data all day and your app is still showing ‘undergoing Maintenance’. This is now URGENT

After 3 hours of both trying the app and website that don't work, being on the EE messenger service I now have what I need from them.
This is a known problem with both the app and the website and EE say they are trying to fix it asap.
Hope this helps anyone that can't get help any other way.

Some have been trying for days, if you can use the messenger service.
