Launch day, systems down, website inaccessible, what a complete and utter farce lol. You'd think EE would have this sorted, same year in year out.

No I was told systems were down when I’ve rang twice. Awaiting a call back apparently. My online account says I can get an early upgrade at a cost, but when I select any phone it says no plans are available.
