      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to upgrade via the website and needs a pin conformation to a register number on your account a the trouble is when phone broken that doesn’t power up you can’t enter pin when you have given delivery address and email no options give on how to receive pin via text or email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
