    <description>&lt;P&gt;Like others I cannot use either the app or website. The website will not let me log on, there’s just a generic sorry there’s a problem message. I’ve tried three different browsers on three different devices (iOS, Android and Windows operating systems).&lt;BR /&gt;The app lets me log in but I cannot access the bills and payments section or plans and subscriptions.&lt;BR /&gt;I have cleared caches and uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have live chatted and spoken both to one of your customer service agents and one of the technical guys. I did everything he suggested, to no avail and was told a ticket would be raised to pass it on to whoever. This was almost two weeks ago. Nothing has changed and I don’t have the intestinal fortitude to phone again. Is anyone in a position to tell me anything useful about when this widespread problem will be resolved?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using app version 5.21.0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure why you're having this problem. I've done some tests on my own personal account and can log in and out with no problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can only suggest continuing to speak to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;technical support team&lt;/A&gt; so they can check on the ticket that they raised for you.&lt;BR /&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>
