EE App wont log in on phone, works on PC fine

EE app works on PC, I can log in and check the account etc, but does not work on phone, lets you login user name password then hangs, tried clearing cache and reinstalled app, any ideas might be something in phone settings, but im not sure, thanks

Hi there sorry about the delay was in Devon, Samsung galaxy a13, the browser is chrome, i have cleared the cache reloaded the app, still no joy , logs into ee fine on pc so password etc is ok? stuck now

Does changing the default browser for the device resolve the issue?

Do you have block ups turned off in your phone settings?
