Granting a user access to My EE

Please tell me that such a fundamental feature exists either in the My EE app or in the online version and that I just can't see for looking.

There are multiple mobile lines in my EE account. I am the bill payer for all of them, but I am not the user for one of them. How to I grant the actual user of that line access to view the current usage in "My EE" without granting access to the whole EE account by giving them my credentials?

The user should be able to register for My EE using a different email address to yourself.

Thanks Katie, that worked.

I was expecting it to say words to the effect of "someone else has that number" when my partner tried to add it to the newly-created "My EE" account but it all went smoothly in fact.

It might be an idea to add a few explanatory words to the online version of My EE. In several areas it extols the virtues of having a family account with each user having control of the number that they use, but nowhere does it actually say HOW to achieve this.

Hi can you please explain how you done this as i just get number already linked to another account when i try to link number to my wifes ee account phoned ee tech but no joy

Are you making sure you setup one My EE account as the 'bill payer' and the other as the 'user'?

both numbers say bill payer you {me}and user available so do i need to remove bill payer from accout?

Hi @leea56,

If you're registered as the bill payer, your wife should be able to register as the user providing they haven't been linked to another email address as a user previously.

No its a new account it Sat's its linked to my email as I'm the family account holder Sent from my Galaxy

I do not understand this, same question

I am account holder, registered wife's phone with her email, then asks if her if bill payer, said no, says holder to grant access

How?

tried to link phone , asks if user pays bills , said no and screenshot

Have accessed account on p.c. thought ther might be info about this but
