&lt;P&gt;Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? You will otherwise have to ring customer service to get them to reset your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would also suggest you clear your cache and see if that makes any difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
