Website does not function as expected

Hello, I am new to EE. Using the website to log into my EE. All good but there is nothing there to view other than my details. Should I close account and buy from elsewhere or is this site a fake??? Or should I use the mobile App instead???? - this is worse than useless in my opinion. And no I do not get any error massage and I have done a search in here to find thousands of other got similar issues. I need a fix or I walk

Have you linked your mobile number with My EE?

The easiest way to do this is via the My EE app. You'll be prompted to add your number when you set it up.
