I've been trying to upgrade online for days and the website is stuck in a continual loop. For the size of the company and revenue income you'd think they'd be able to organise a functioning website. Terrible service and a genuine reason to really consider leaving. I don't want to waste my time sat on hold for ages to speak to somebody, I want to log on to my online account and upgrade, its simple.
