I have tryed deleting the app and reinstalling and i still cant c my plan or get any where

What happens when you log into the app?

Can you view your plan details in your online My EE account?

I cant view nothing and it keeps saying it cant log me in really getting
frd up with it now only switched to pay monthly sim today , the old app was
way better and i had none of this--

We may need to reset your My EE account so you can register again with the new pay monthly account, To do this please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help 🙂
