Unable to see the multiple numbers

I have 4 numbers on my account but I can't see any other than mine. How do I access the other 3 numbers, their plans & usage?

Thanks for coming to the community.

Once logged in to My EE online you should see a welcome page. Above the welcome message will be a drop down saying 'choose a device' this is how you can select another number that is on your billing account.

What about the app? There is not a drop down there.

Have you added the other numbers to your My EE account?
