      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just moved back to EE after 6 months with Plusnet onto a monthly SIM. My old EE account was still active however when I log onto it there are no details of the new plan listed. I cannot register as a new customer as my email address is not accepted because it is still associated with my old account - I thought this could be a problem when I rejoined but customer services said it would be OK - any ideas? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c &amp;amp; then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. &amp;amp; email addy if desired.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
