    <description>&lt;P&gt;Let's be fair - when the app works, it is "OK". When it doesn't (and it happens way too often), the usual "clear cache, then if that fails re-install the app" is just pathetic. If the banking app/ social media apps that you use did this, it would be unacceptable...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If users wanted to access EE online, they would, but as an app is offered, it should work, and work consistently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
