Why has EE changed so much?
I haven’t been able to log onto the app for months now, every time you click on the app it states there “last minute maintenance” it hasn’t functioned properly for ages so what maintenance would this be? I can’t gift data to my son which I used to do through the app easy. Now I have to call EE, apparently someone’s going to call me back - they literally call and hang up as soon as I answer? What the absolute hell is this “customer service”, EE you need to sort yourself out as you will lose so many customers. I’m not paying for this shambles - will go elsewhere if you can’t work properly. And the split bill is a joke. EE you are literally turning into a mess of a provider.

Good morning @Katiefarrugia.

I am sorry to hear this is happening and understand how frustrating this may be if you have to gift data each month.

Have you tried deleting the app and redownloading it?

Are you able to log in to your My EE online?

Speak soon,
