Instead text AL to 150 to see your remaining allowances.

Hi Chris, thanks for replying, it displays a box with ‘something went wrong and we cannot show your remaining data at the moment. We’re sorry about this. Please try again later in a few minutes’.
It has been doing this since you updated the App. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work.
