How utterly incompetent is it to allow this situation - data runs out and gets refreshed on the 2nd but you can't log in to share data with kids???

Why do ee find it so difficult to run a stable app **bleep**?

Instead of the condescending response Katie it mightve been a better option to acknowledge that the maintenence & locking people out of their accounts at the start of the data month is just plain daft. You'd have known when you posted that it was resolved - why not just lead with that?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, @TobyZeigler

We recently updated the app and some customers are still using the old one, resulting in some problems with facilities like data gifting. I think Katie was just trying to make sure that this wasn't the case for you. Are you able to gift the data now?

When try and gift data it comes up with message saying Not enough data No one on your account has enough data to gift???? i have 119 gb and web site is crap when try on there just takes me to home page. bloody joke

Still the same, why cant EE get anything right?

have 2 contract lines and pay as you go with EE and all im asking is 1 contract to be able to share data with other contract phone have 116 gb and want to share half of that, and still get message no one has enough to share
