I ordered a new Samsung A14 5g yesterday. My Order Confirmation email says I've opted out of all communication calls texts email.

If I've opted out of communications, why was I able to order a new phone by talking to EE, how was I sent a pin Nbr by text and how was I sent order confirmation by email??

Contradictions or what??

You will only have opted out of marketing communications. Any specific communications relating to your products, services & order will still take place. This is the same for all firms that offer any opt-outs. Normal business still needs to carry on.
