@16077454 The account holder will be the person who is billed. If you are not the account holder you can not do anything to have this in your name as the account holder has to make the request for a change of ownership.

The account holder will be the person who purchased the phone.

Have you accidently registered in My EE as a user, rather than the bill payer?

I'm not sure I understand your query. Are you trying to switch from the registered user to the bill payer in My EE, or do you have a different problem?

There is no switching I just bought this phone and saying that there's
someone who can control my ee stuff but it's not possible because it's just
me

@16077454 You have setup your EE online account as a user not as the bill payer.
You can change this setting in your online account settings. Menu - Account settings -manage numbers.
