App not working

The EE app is down and not working, cannot gift dara and it’s been like this for almost a month now, it doesn’t even perform the most basic functions. Such poor service with no solution in sight. Need to get off EE, really downhill recently.

Hi @pb8918,

What error are you seeing?

Have you checked that your My EE app is up to date and if so, have you tried reinstalling it?

You can text APP to 150 for a quick link to re-download after you remove it.
