Why after 2 months I still can’t access my EE app? Keeps saying app maintenance.

please help as need to gift data to 2 teenagers !!

Welcome to the community,

There are many threads about this, giving suggestions what to do.

Try clearing your cache, make sure that your app is up to date, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it, see if that works, otherwise the other option is to ring customer service and ask them to reset your account.

You can always log in via the website rather than use the app.
