App not working

My app is saying maintenance is occurring

It has said this for 2 days

I have uninstalled and reinstalled

I need to gift data to my family this is very frustrating

I too am shown that the app is having maintenance when I log in. Have updated the app but no joy. This has been a few days now and I need to top up

Hi there,
I googled it and someone said to clear the cache on the app and that fixed it.

My app hasn't worked for several weeks now, ive updated, cleared cache and data, I get as far as putting in my details again after clearing data and it just stops, usually at the screen where it asks for my code. Honestly in this day and age it's not on. I don't want to be going thru the Internet everytime I need to do something on my app.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems setting the My EE app up.

Have you given the app a little time to process the request in case it was just experiencing some latency?
