How are we supposed to GIFT DATA to our family if we can’t use the app for a week ?

@Me999 Clear the device cache and try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. You can always access your online account to gift data

Do you see an error message when trying to gift data?

Are you using the My EE app or My EE online when trying to process this?

Are you able to try logging in to your My EE account online rather than the app to see if you can complete a data gift?

I am another user who is having issues using the gifting service. It tells me I have no data to gift but I have an unlimited package. This is the first time it has failed. I have deleted the app reloaded the app etc etc but the problem persists. As an aside I also tried to look at my statement and that was also unavailable. Maybe you have a general system fault you would rather not admit to😀

Was there any update on this? I’m trying to gift data to my 14 year old daughter but the app and the website both say they are being updated so I can’t. Surely there must be another way or we should have been informed this was happening? Thank you

Hi I have also been having this issue saying that I can not gift people even though i got 28gb/30gb. I tried to do it on both the mobile and desktop version but it isn't working. I hope this will be fixed soon cause I need to gift it to my sister as she is coming home from far without any data which will be a struggle.
