&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A call even via the my EE app is still a call and unless you can make a call via your phone dial keypad then a call via the my EE app will not work as it’s still a call. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But &amp;nbsp;the my EE app is having big issues at present. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
