Missing Galaxy Watch

Hi, I've recently updated 2 phones and the deal I went for included a free Galaxy 5 Watch.

When the phones were delivered, no watches. Does anyone know if the come seperate or if i have to download a link to get them sent??

Did you upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra?

If yes, you don't have to do anything to claim your Samsung Galaxy Watch5. It will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

Welcome in the nightmare. They send you to read the small print! What I understand: it's a 'chance' to get a free watch if the stock last and you keep the phone 14 days. I said that sounds a bit illegal because you advertise as a clear bonus. Welcome Brexit and clients rights! (Aka fake adverts). To keep a phone more then 14 days means to loose the cancel rights. **bleep**.

I have one: why you sell this as guaranteed? If you buy the phone you got the watch. It's not very clear and marketing know that. And why 'Subject to availability. While stocks last' can't believe you have more s23 ultra on stock then watches. Really?

I am having the same issue said I have to send proof of purchase for the phone but it says nothing about the watch on my proof of purchase just the deposit what do I do now
