How the hell is the app still not working ee you are useless you raising prices, and the service gets worse absolute joke of a company. I'm surprised your not blaming it on a mast like normal and then lie again saying that you have an engineer on site trying to get it fixed and it never does shame on you.

Have you been able to log in since you posted?

If not, can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
