Why is this unusable? EE are horrendous, can you make anything more effective? I came into the app to data share 5 mins in not able to get where I need to be , terrible

Are you trying to gift share? Have you checked that your plan allows you this, as some do not?

Have you tried this by logging in via the website to see if that works for you?

@Sallysagar is your app up-to-date have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it ? How long have you had this issue for ?
