    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's fascinating to me that it's been over a year since this post was made and I am having the exact same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract is ending on the 26th and it seems (according to the responses on this form), I will need to call 150 to either upgrade or hard-cancel before entering the rolling contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been waiting for the site to work for over a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;User experience should be:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;User clicks on "start upgrade" button&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;User sees list of phones/plans to choose from&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;User clicks on a phone/plan they click&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;User gets new phone ordered&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead, for me and others (for over a year it seems), it is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;User clicks on upgrade button&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;User gets taken to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today&lt;/A&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Message at the top that says "Unfortunately,&amp;nbsp;we couldn't log you in,&amp;nbsp;but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I am logged in; your upgrade page seems to have shat the bed&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;User clicks on "See upgrade options" under the "&lt;SPAN&gt;Shop for an upgrade" tile&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;User gets taken to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/mobile/upgrade" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/mobile/upgrade&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;User clicks on "View all upgrade plans" on the "Phones" tile&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;User gets taken back to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And now the user is stuck in a loop of not-working rubbish.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Telling someone to call 150 for over a year isn't necessarily helpful.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;People want to see their options of phones and plans, not have them read out to them over the phone. Not to mention, needing to hand over details over the phone - in fairness, this might interest someone over the age of 60.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have tried different browsers, icognito mode, clearing cache, different internet networks, mobile app, PC, etc. All of them shat the bed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am eligible for an upgrade and when I try and click upgrade now it takes me to a page with 3 options-shop, upgrade and manage account, if I click on upgrade nothing happens. Whatever way I try and upgrade it takes me to the same page. If I try logging out and viewing the shop normally any time I I click on any of the see all deals links I get a 'sorry page not found' message. I have tried using phone and PC and various browsers, I have also cleared Internet history and cache and still not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No I don't, I want to look at different phones on the site!... All I got in the end was 'well I'm on the billing team so you'll need to contact someone from tech to help as sounds like a Web issue' 🤷‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":female_sign:"&gt;♀️&lt;/span&gt; it took an hour to get to that which I could have told them myself in the first place&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;im having the exact same problem - the button for upgrade doesn't work. I've tried multiple times on separate occasions now. It seems like its been an ongoing issue for months now from the msgs above. I don't want to spend hours on the phone sorting an upgrade so probably will just end my contract. you might want to get this fixed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here.&amp;nbsp; Been a loyal customer since 2010 but got so frustrated at the online upgrade not working that I've just purchased a S22 Ultra directly from Samsung.&amp;nbsp; I'll keep trying to upgrade to a sim only plan until the contract runs out but as this redirect 404 error has been going on for some time I'm not optimistic.&amp;nbsp; My main contract is also due for renewal shortly and it's looking as though the same will happen.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As its passed the upgrade date I'm now paying an inflated monthly amount because of EE's technical issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
