App not showing bills?

The app

os not working and I’m unable to check my bills.

This has been going on for days now, no communication from EE.

I am having the same problem, have done all that was suggested on my iPhone and iPad, I just get this message on both devices, this has been going on since i transferred from BT inMay 2003. I get this message every time

How do I do that. I have the latest version (I deleted and downloaded it again), I still get the same message!!

I can access my bill on the website

Typical app worked perfectly until an update required now viewing your bill doesn’t work.

reinstalling app has no effect , turning phone off and on, spinning round and round and wishing I was in Kansas doesn’t work 🥵

Hi,
Working on both devices at the minute, didn’t last week, i just swore at it, ignored it for a few days. Then an update became available. I thought, why the f**k not updated, and hey presto it worked.
No trips to Kansas for me (this time)

I did all of that

App still not working

I did contact technical support. First time somebody said will call me back and nobody did.
Second time somebody told me nothing can be done.
I did ask if that would be fixed? When? Will I get a notification? He said no. So you provide app that is useless and your technical team not able to help.
very disappointed

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. What happens when you try to use the app? Are you getting any error messages?

Have you tried deleting and redownloading it?
