My ee offline again

Why is the myee app offline again. When will it be available again. Parental control issue now. Happens far to often.

Yes I can’t gift data and my dad is in hospital and unable to use his phone

Happens too many times. Really poor and you get no feedback from ee. 150 is closed now as well.

any idea how long the app is down for as been trying since last night understand that many upgrades to apps etc have a lesser impact when done over night but really should be sorted by now

Thank you for your reply. I have been able to log on in the early hours. Appreciate what you say but happens far too often. Have come to rely on either the app or website and when both are down this takes away a valuable service which is used very regularly
