      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the old a/c a cancelled contract?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the new SIM on PAYG?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, you can't mix them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
