Can't gift Data can't shop but it's my EE app?

@Bri1301 You can only gift data to other contracts on the same account. You can not gift/receive data on PAYG.

You need to explain a bit more about “shop”.

and are you registered as the bill payer or an account user on your EE online account ? You need to check this, You have to set this up when you create the account.

@Bri1301 : You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
