If you are on contract just click https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.

Thank you for your quick reply!

It's actually about an upgrade, I'd prefer to talk via the web than phone as I can send over links and etc to try to get a better deal! Nothing seems to come up with regards to any sort of chat option when you select the 'upgrade' option on contact us.
