Unable to gift data on new EE app

Hi,

i’m experiencing problems gifting data to my other device as there seems to be no option where i can gift data on the new app.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or where i can gift data to my other device?

Thanks for coming here.

Can you try opening the My EE app and then select plans, then data remaining and view full usage do you have a data gifting option?

I too cannot gift data to my other device. Yes I have registered to gift data and have used it numerous times before. Yes I have tried on the app and on my PC, but still no joy

I need this immediately.

I gift data on the first of every month to my wifi device. Yes I'm in the UK

Once I've decided the amount I press the highlighted button to "submit". This then flashes as though it acknowledges it has been pressed but then goes back to being highlighted and no data has been transferred.

It doesn't matter how many times I press the button the same keeps happening.
