@Michelleelias : In your online MyEE from the Menu click on the "Switch A/c" drop-down & cycle thro' the a/c nos. until you find 1 you want, where you can confirm the mobile no. you want from A/c Settings > Manage Numbers.

@Michelleelias On the my EE app open the app you need to be on the first tab across the bottom ( HOME ) then click CHANGE PRODUCT then just select the number/or name of person depending how you have the app setup.
