Why is it saying lm not the account holder?

It’s saying I’m not the account holder and not letting me access my account what is happening,

Welcome to the community,

If you log in to your account and click on manage user or account, you should be able to change it to account holder.

@Tayloremmie2006 : You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
