You can change your address in your My EE Account.

If for any reason you're unable to do this, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team to make this change.

You can update your address within your My EE account by following these steps within the app:

Menu > Settings > Scroll down to Change billing address.

If you log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Account Settings > Your address and change this to your new address.

If you are unable to do this, please call us on 150 and the team will get the address updated for you.

To update your address, please login to My EE in your web browser and select Menu > Account settings > Your address.

If this does not work. please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.
