Strange text message

I received a text from my daughter stating she’d sent me a screenshot from EE. Accompanied by another text with a passcode to enter to gain access. When I asked her what she’d sent, she said she hadn’t sent me a text. All seems very strange.
has anyone experienced this?

Does the message include a link to visit an EE website to view a picture message that has been sent to you?

Can you attach a screenshot of the message you have received?

This message is from us and would be sent if the picture/video could not be downloaded to the device.

Can you receive picture messages to the phone?
