      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is EE ever going to attempt to fix their website? Their app is only useful for seeing how much data you used, but nothing else since it pulls all data from the website and directs you there anyway. Website hasn't worked since at least Dec, the first time I checked it. Can't message anyone, can't buy data packs, can't upgrade, can't do anything. Horrendous for a mobile company. Perhaps if they spent less money constantly cold calling and harassing their customers to uphrade, they'd have some money to fix their website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it’s anything like mine then nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You literally can’t do anything with your account or on the site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an inclusive extra. Click the link to do whatever I need to for tnt sports and try log in it says “unexpected error” hardly unexpected when it happens every time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If so, can you try opening the link in another web browser when not connected to WiFi to see if you get the same message?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
