If you are trying to purchase from the add to plan store you have to be a contract customer of EE to purchase from the add to plan store. It’s a perk of being a contract customer of EE. You pay for the item along side your contract bill.

There's nowt to link if you don't already have any EE products. All you can do with it is come to this Community as you have done.

If you don't login to it you can buy mobile phones and SIMs from the EE online Shop. Then you will have something to link to it.
