      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am due an upgrade but whatever I click on the website to start the upgrade, the page cannot be found - refers me to home, shop etc. &amp;nbsp;Cannot get into the upgrade section to view offers. &amp;nbsp;I have been trying for over a week and at first thought Black Friday could have caused excessive traffic on the website but a week later still cannot look at upgrades, why???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying since Monday. My husband does not have a phone at all at the moment because of this. We have been with EE for years and like being able to upgrade at home without having to go to a shop but it won't let me do this at the moment. Might have to leave - very frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
