EE APP

I'm having trouble with the EE app and am unable to use the GIFT sharing option on there.

I've always used it previously as I share my data from my SIM only plan with the rest of my family.

Has anyone else had any problems,? I have called EE several times and they seem to be clueless, so now whenever I want to share data with my family I have to physically call EE and get them to do it

Hi @TAS24, welcome to the EE Community Forum,

Sorry you haven't been able to quickly manage Data Gifting through the MY EE App, and that you haven't had a response to this thread yet.

Could you try logging into your MY EE account using a computer, and see if you are able to gift data through there? You can use this link to jump straight to the Gift Data section of My Account.

Could you also try signing out of your EE account from the app, then deleting the app, and reinstalling it on your device?
