You can report this by calling 07953 966 250 from any phone or by visiting your local EE Store.

If you wish to top up your pay as you go SIM you can use the Fast Top Up option.

Thanks for the reply, I bought one of these Sim cards from Tesco and it was labelled 50 GB for £15. On a rebadged packet and I’m not sure how to which package I’ve got select to get the add-on.
