    <description>&lt;P&gt;Somebody at EE needs to sort out the bug on the online website whey trying to upgrade!&amp;nbsp; It is broken and have been for months. There are loads of post complaining of the same thing - but nothing is ever done to correct it?&amp;nbsp; It is impossible to upgrade with EE online. Why?&amp;nbsp; What is your agenda EE? Is it to force customers to phone you?&amp;nbsp; It is so bad I am determined to get this rectified - it is dreadful that a huge company hiding behind BT treats Customers like this.&amp;nbsp; Please, please, please do something about it!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The majority of online upgrades go through without a hitch. What problem are you having? Are you given any error messages? Have you tried using a different device or browser?&lt;/P&gt;
