resetting my card details

when adding a new card to top up via the EE ap on my Apple Iphone 6

1)I put in all the details of the new card, address etc

2) then it asks to send an OTP security to my mobile number

3) then I press the button on the phone at the bottom to go to messages

4) get the OTP and try returning to the EE ap to put the OTP in

5) the ap by now has refreshed and all the data is lost

6) so only way to do it was NOT by mobile phone but by laptop AND mobile phone

7) can anyone suggest how to overcome this problem using my Apply I phone

😎 eg lock the ap first to stop it refreshing so I can go to my text messages, get the otp then return and fill in the OTP and unlock it and fill in the otp number on the ap

9) tried 5 times and each time the ap was refreshed so in the end I gave up and used the laptop, not good if you only hav your mobile handy in an emmergency!!!!!

Welcome to the community.

Does it not pop up asking you if you want to copy the OTP code from your messages while you're on the My EE app screen?
