    <description>&lt;P&gt;Then it isn't what you assumed. That error msg isn't about not being&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;account holder but appears to be a system issue telling you to come back later. Try doing it on your online MyEE. It's more reliable than the app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I've looked at this and I am correctly down as the bill payer, with the correct mobile number assigned to it.. still not working..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
