&lt;P&gt;If this is happening on multiple browsers and devices, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They'll be able to check your account and make sure it's set up correctly.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>cant log into shop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting the message "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in" every time I go onto the shop page.&amp;nbsp; This is happening on different browsers and different devices.&amp;nbsp; Is there some way around this to actually add devices to my package?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
