Could anyone tell me how to remove a phone from my ee app please

@Wayney74 Is that a device that’s on contact? If it is has that contract reached its minimum term ? Have you gave notice to terminate that contract? As that would remove the device from your account.

It is my daughters phone just added it to my app account

In your account settings, untick I'm the user and you'll be given the option to remove it.
