NHS EE perks 20% discount

I am trying to get the 20% NHS discount. Ive got my code but when I enter the code at checkout - it says its invalid and already used... ive not even used the code as it states that its valid for "This is a one-time code to use online, and it’s valid for 1 year."

Pretty sure when I signed up I had this problem about 2 years ago (I work in the police). I ended up calling EE directly to take out a new contract and provided them my code over the phone, the sales agent applied it for me and it reduced my plan from £105 month to £84 a month. I believe it only lasts for 12 or 24 months as I no longer get the 20% discount but get a discount anyway for multi-devices.

What plan are you selecting?

You cannot get the discount if you are on a plan that includes an annual upgrade benefit.

The discount also cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Good Morning @WS1995.

The discount will only last for the duration of your minimum term. At the end of your minimum term, your price plan's monthly recurring charge will revert to the usual pre-discount price unless you upgrade again providing a new EE Perk code.
