I've broken my screen after dropping my phone. It is insured but need to get in touch with EE from my mum's phone but when I call 150 it only recognises her number.

Is there another number I can call to actually speak to a human

Hello @suetunny ,

Here are ways to contact EE:

https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile

You can only use 150 if it is your phone you are contacting on, that is correct. I would have thought you would have looked for other ways of contacting EE.

Unfortunately, not sure that your phone will be covered by the insurance, you can check the legal side of the insurance and what is covered.

You could continue the call on your Mum's phone, and then when you speak to an agent, explain to them that you're calling about another number. I'm sure they'd be understanding.

Or call from another phone using 0800 0798586
