Phone app help issue.

I think the help bot has gone mad.... I used the app a couple of days ago and I got everything sorted. Clicked on resolved, next thing up pops a new conversation starter 'how can I help you?' . I cliced on resolve issue again converstion cleared, next minute "how may I help you?' re-appears.

Please can you try deleting and reinstalling the app and let me know if that resolves the issue?

Hi James,

thanks for getting back. I tried the delete/re-install yesterdy and it fixed the issue temporarily.

I will try again and post back.

Ok, so,

I've reloaded the app, I now have a notification on the app icon showing 2 - I assume messages - I open the app but can't see where these messages are.

Our support teams are aware of the notification issue and a fix will be rolling out in a future update. Please make sure you have turned on automatic updates, so you'll receive the update when it is ready.
